Klaravich Stables’ Fully Subscribed (Tiz the Law-Sweetbaby, by Candy Ride (ARG)) continued her career ascent with an authoritative victory over fellow OBS graduate Counting Stars and champion Immersive in the $650,000 Spinster (G1) at Keeneland Oct. 4, leading the slate of stakes-winning OBS graduates for the week.
Matched up against just two rivals, Fully Subscribed gave Seth Klarman’s Klaravich Stables, trainer Chad Brown and jockey Flavien Prat their first wins in the Spinster while earning her second straight Grade 1 win and a fees-paid berth into the Breeders’ Cup Distaff (G1) at Keeneland Oct. 31.
“A three-horse field can be kind of a Tom-and-Jerry game. But she jumped well and everything set up good,” Prat told Keeneland publicity. “She was traveling well and gave me a good run. Obviously when I saw (jockey) Irad (Ortiz Jr. on Counting Stars) coming around, I asked her to get going and she responded well, and after that I was just trying to save some energy.”
Fully Subscribed was purchased at the 2024 OBS April Sale by her owner for $300,000 from the Caliente Thoroughbreds consignment after breezing in :10 flat.
