It’s the first graded stakes win for the 4-year-old colt by Scat Daddy, now 8-4-2-0 for trainer Blaine Wright, with earnings of $358,505. Daniel Investment Holdings’ Mizzen Beau took the lead at the start of Saturday’s $250,000 Bison City Stakes at Woodbine and never looked back, opening a big lead a furlong from home and coasting to victory by 4-3/4 lengths. It’s the first stakes win for the 3-year-old daughter of Mizzen Mast, who breezed an Under Tack eighth in :10 1/5 before she was sold by Grassroots Training & Sales LLC to Cardinal Hill, Agent for Patrick Daniel, for $100,000.
