Michael Dubb, Larry N. Brafman and Daniel M. Ryan’s Singlet tracked the pace in Friday’s $73, 500 Ruby Rubles Stakes at Aqueduct, caught the leader in deep stretch and eased away to a half length victory, with fellow OBS graduate Promise Me a Cat (February ’10, August ’09) checking in third. It’s the third stakes win for the 4-year-old Florida-bred filly by Real Quiet, now 13-6-3-2 with earnings of $319,144.
