Morton’s Pacific Gale, was rated early in Gulfstream’s $200,000 Inside Information Stakes (G2), came three wide off the turn, ran past the leaders a furlong from home and drew away to win by 2-3/4 lengths. Fellow OBS graduates Thissmytime (April ’19) and Piedi Bianchi (March ’17) were second and third. It’s the first graded stakes win for the 6-year-old mare by Flat Out, a two-time OBS graduate, sold by Stuart Morris, Agent, at the 2016 Selected Yearling Sale before she was resold for $72,000 by Woodside Ranch, Agent, at the 2017 April Sale after an Under Tack eighth in :10 1/5.
