CSLR Racing Partners LLC’s Midland Money (Shancelot – Magnolias In Bloom) the latest TDN Rising Star, wasted no time finding the winners’ circle in his debut on Friday at Santa Anita. The colt by OBS graduate Shancelot went straight to the front and never looked back, drawing away to score by six lengths for trainer Bob Baffert. At the 2024 OBS March Sale, he breezed an eighth in :9 4/5 and was purchased by Bill Childs for $650,000 out of the Wavertree Stables consignment.    breeze/walk video

Three Diamonds Farm’s Dreamgirl (Mo Town – Box Office Smash) led a 1-2-3 OBS sweep of a Churchill Downs maiden special in her debut on Friday. The 2-year-old daughter of Mo Town, trained by Mike Maker, pressed the pace set by fellow OBS graduate Praying (Vekoma – Pray for Leslie) battled her down the stretch and eased away late to win by two lengths, with Troubler (Instagrand – Wickedly) completing the OBS trifecta. After breezing an Under Tack eighth in :10 1/5 at the 2024 OBS Spring Sale, was purchased for $65,000 out of the Grassroots Training and Sales consignment.  breeze/walk video
