WYN Racing Stables Corp.’s Accidental Hero (Mo Town – Pardonmecomingthru) posted his first stakes victory in the $125,000 British Columbia Derby (G3) at Hastings Park on Saturday, tracking the leaders early, going to the front on the turn and battling gamely to the wire and scoring by a head. Three Diamonds Farm’s Cross Border (English Channel – Empress Josephine) relaxed in the early going of Saturday’s $200,450 Cape Henlopen Stakes at Delaware Park, swung outside for the drive, took charge at the sixteenth pole and won going away by 2-1/2 lengths.
